In Aug 2009, Roc-Master successfully supplied ASTM A182 F51 Y-TEE to Modec’s Petrobras Tupi Pilot FPSO project.

In July 2009, Roc-Master Flange Co.,Ltd. successful supplied A860 WPHY52 3D bends coating with 3PE to AL-IRFAN HEAVY EQUIPMENT AND SPARE PARTS TRADING in the United Arab Emirates .

In May, 2009, we supplied Xylan 1424 coating processing service to the imported couplings together with the supporting bolts for the seawater desalination project of CGNPC HongYanHe Nuclear Power engineering Phase I in LiaoNing province.

We supplied ANSI seamless pipes, seamless fittings and flanges of ASTM A106 Gr.B,A234 WPB,A105 to SIDEM for its ADDAX project in GABON.

we supplied again ASTM A193 B8 CL2/A194 Gr8 and ASTM A193 B7M/A194 2HM top urgent Fasteners complying with ANSI B1.1/B18.2.2 to the China Petrochemical& Chemicla Cooporation Limited Zhongyuan Oil Field Puguang branch (end user).

Presently, our company got a purchase order for Hastelloy C276 flange and Hastelloy B-2 flushing ring used in pressure gauges. Hastelloy alloy is a nickel-based alloys, mainly divided into B,C,G of the three series, which used in those strong corrosive medium where iron Cr-Ni or Cr-Ni-Mo stainless steel, non-metallic materials can not be. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection and many other fields abroad.

In Nov, 2008, After 100% material accredited and the chemical composition and hardness approved by 3rd party, The Incolloy 825 oval ring gaskets were deliveried to the China Petrochemical& Chemicla Cooporation Limited Zhongyuan Oil Field Puguang branch (end user).

In May 2009, Roc-Master successfully got a duplex piping products order for CNOOC (China) limited (Zhanjiang) Yacheng PFA project (It was the Yacheng wellhead manifold reforming and pipeline tied-back engineering). The products in this order included ASTM A815 UNS S31803 API 5000PSI BW & Forged pipe fittings, ASTM A182 F51 2500LB flanges and their ancillary fasteners of ASTM A453 GR660 with XYLAN 1424 green coating.
