In Dec 2012 Roc-Master supplied choke valve inner wall cladding and machining services to British customer for its project in Malaysia. Products won customer's high praise.
Roc-Master Piping Solutions Ltd. (Ji'An plant) is awarded the state subsidy of 2012 central government's budget investment plan due to its technical renovation project for SB type submarine swivel flanges of which annual capacity is 5000 tons .
We are successfully approved by KOC as its flange manufacturer.
In June 2012,we obtained orders from MODEC & Toyo Offshore Production System Pte Ltd. for the Petrobras FPSO Cidade de Mangaratiba MV24 project. Products are flanges. Materials are ASTM A694 F65 c/w Inconel 625 Weld Overlay and ASTM A105 c/w Inconel 625 Weld Overlay.

Offshore Oil Engineering (Qing Dao) Co.,Ltd. placed us an order of hanger flange and insulated flanges, material are A694 F65/F70, size of 30" 2500LB for project LiWan 3-1.
In Aug 2011, we successfully obtained orders from SBM OFFSHORE GROUP for the FPSO CIDADE DE PARATY project. Products are Swivel Spool, materials are AISI 4130 c/w Inconel 625 Weld Overlay and ASTM A182 F51
In November of 2011, Roc-Master achieved an order from China HuanQiu Contracting & Engineering Corp, Qinzhou Port Proprietary Equipment Development & Manufacturing Branch for project hydrogenation reactor. The products are forging parts of 15CrMoIII, cladding material ER347.
In May 2012,we obtained orders from MODEC & Toyo Offshore Production System Pte Ltd. for the Petrobras FPSO Cidade de Mangaratiba MV24 project. Products are Barred Tee. Materials are ASTM A860 WPHY65 NACE MR0175 and ASTM A815 S318033 NACE MR0175.
Offshore Oil Engineering (Qing Dao) Co.,Ltd. placed us an order for LiuHua 19-5 project. Products are cladded pipes API 5L X70+Inconel 625 Weld Overlay, cladded flanges A694 F70+Inconel 625 Weld Overlay, cladded 3D bends and cladded tees c/w Inconel 625 Weld Overlay. The cladding layer is 3mm thick.
