Roc-Master Group provides customers with prefabricated process pipeline design services. Its pipeline prefabrication processing design utilizes EP3D design software, ensuring both the accuracy of pipeline processing design and enhancing the efficiency and precision of welding production and quality management. The company offers design, verification, and calculation services for non-standard process pipeline products, primarily using software such as SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS (finite element analysis software), and Autodesk Inventor Professional. Design calculations adhere to standards including ASME VIII, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.8, and DNV-ST-F101.

Leveraging extensive experience in supplying piping materials for multiple international top-tier EPC projects such as Kodak and Motorola for Fluor and Bechtel, Roc-Master has developed a comprehensive process piping product line compliant with ASME/ANSI and other international standards, specializing in delivering total piping solutions for international projects under construction in China.

Roc-Master Ji’an is set up with dedicated focus on flanges manufacturing and full range of special forgings production. The annual capacity for exotic forgings reaches 500 tons, and 15,000 tons for SS, CS, High Yield forgings.

Roc-Master Shanghai is committed to the R&D and manufacturing of premium piping products.The facility developed comprehensive sales, technical support, logistics, and quality control systems. We possess core manufacturing capabilities in high-precision machining, shop prefabrication, and CRA weld overlay cladding. Annual capacity exceeds 7,500 tons of finished products. (Relocated to Suzhou in 2017 while retaining its Shanghai office)

Roc-Master Suzhou, as the group’ s headquarters with centralized administration functions in sales, supply chain, technical, R&D, quality, finance etc., is specialized in CRA weld overlay clad pipelines, prefabricated pipe spools, RocLok clamp hub connectors, API 6A, API 6D valves and high-precision machining. The annual capacity is 30,000 tons of CRA weld overlay clad pipelines, 500,000 dynes of prefabricated pipe spools, and 30,000 sets of RocLok clamp hub connectors.

Roc Master Dhafir Piping Material Manufacturing L.L.C. is engaged in manufacturing of CRA weld overlay clad flanges & fittings, prefabricated pipe spools, RocLok clamp hub connectors, API 6A flanges and Christmas tree parts machining ect. The annual capacity reaches 50 tons of CRA welding wires and 26,000 machined pieces.
