Technical Capability
Detailed design is performed with EP3D software based on files and demo models received in IDF or PCF format. Being familiar with customers' specifications, our technical engineers also have a solid knowledge of Classification Society specifications and industrial standards, which enables the appropriate pipe segment with less than 20% of the site joints and significantly improves installation efficiency with less quality or production risks.
Roc-Master has held the ABS design certificate for more than 5 years and can design non- standard process piping products with operation environment of high temperature, high pressure, low temperature, and high yield, as well as other working conditions. Our engineers can perform Calculation and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) based on knowledge of ASME standards, piping specifications and understanding of product applications. With innovative thinking, they are also good at finding solutions from the user experience to ensure rational design and application.
Roc-Master has more than 40 engineers in design, R&D, piping, material, welding, structure, heat treatment, electrical instrumentation, coating, NDT, and other fields. The cladding and spool prefabrication facilities are certified by ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 3834, and more.
Also, hold product certificates such as API 5LD, API 6A, API 6D, BV, DNV, and more etc. With comprehensive engineering capabilities, a complete quality management system, solid technical knowledge, and years of project execution experience , Roc-Master built up reputation in the industry.
Roc-Master has accumulated more than 480 WPS/PQR of cladding and butt-welding with material type of Inconel 625, 825, DSS, SDSS, and other CRA materials certified by the Classification Society.
A team of senior NDT engineers (Level-II, Level-III, or NDT specialist) initiate NDT evaluation and proposals at project early stage. UT/PAUT blocks are prepared to facilitate the NDT inspections when X-ray/Gamma rays can't be applied.
Roc-Master provides solutions for pipe support, penetration devices, anti-corrosion coatings, neoprene coating, FBE coating, and lifting design. External paint service is provided according to project coating specifications and NACE standards, which reduces the workload of field painting.
High-quality marine bio-corrosion resistant neoprene coating service, industrialized neoprene coating service and field neoprene coating repair service help our customers to save time on field painting.

Equipment and Capacity of Prefabrication
Suzhou facility has a weld overlay clad workshop of 18,000 m2, a cladded piping prefabrication workshop of 3,000 m2, and a separate SS prefabrication workshop of 2,400 m2, including two sets of 5T crane, one set of 10T crane and three sets of 16T crane.
Xuancheng facility has a cladded piping prefabrication workshop covering 8,400 m2 and a painting workshop of 3,000 m2. The facility has 4 sets of 5T crane and 2 sets of 10T crane. The plant has easy access to road, river, and sea transportation. 9 automatic butt-welding machines, 18 PWHT equipment are available for CRA Clad pipeline and 7 automatic butt-welding machines for SS welding. Xuancheng facility has 60 certified alloy welders and 36 stainless steel welders. Roc-Master owns a professional team of engineers, welders, and operators experienced with module prefabrication and can fully monitor from engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, inspection & testing to the final delivered spool on site. In-house prefabrication enables the on-time delivery of modules with reliable quality and less safety risk for construction.
Manufacturing Control
Roc-Master has many experienced management talents for welding and prefabrication. Intelligent software such as EP3D is used for engineering and weld joint tracking.Manufacturing steps are fully tracked and monitored in ERP system, from raw material and incoming material inspection, machining, assembling, welding, NDT, inspection and test, pickling, and external painting to final packing and shipping.

Quality Management
roject specifications and requirements are evaluated and fully interpreted from beginning. Roc- Master inspectors will control the quality according to the ITP intervention point, foresee quality risks and measure improvement by monitoring and analyzing real-time data.
The one-time RT pass rate is ≥99%. Authorized personnel can obtain the inspection report from the ERP system; Our system can provide data access to third-party or clients to understand the actual manufacturing and quality status. Remote video inspection services can be available upon the customer's request.
Documentation Management
Project documentation management is essential throughout the entire project execution. It plays a crucial role in standardizing behavior, exchanging information, controlling document revisions, and providing the project manager with criteria to understand the progress and supporting evidence for problem-solving. It enables centralized management of procedures, drawings, MTC, WTR quality track record, RT/PAUT digital reports, inspection and testing reports, and other documents by standardizing file classification, archiving, labeling, and other document control methods.
Technical and quality documents are prepared according to specifications and standards and will be modified till final approval upon customers' comments. We will deliver final documentation and products timely with high quality.
