In Oct, 2008, We successfully passed the BV’s 3rd party verification, supplied 56 sets of swivel ring flange & weld neck flange as well as 75 pieces of bulkhead & test rings to CNOOC BoZhong 29-4/BoZhong 34-1 North /BoZhong28-2 North-South projects. These products have obtained very good comments from the project owner.

In July,2008,our bulkhead ASTM A694 F70 for submarine pipeline application has good quality and quick delivery,thus we were awarded an official letter of acknowledgement from Roc Oil（BOHAI) company.

On July 24th 2008, From the main development and gathering ground project of Sinopec Zhongyuan Oil field, Pu Guang Gas Field, Roc-Master Flange Co., Ltd has successfully acquired on all the orders of Anti-Sulfur Carbon Steel Flanges of the high H2S content moisture pipelines.

On Apr 7th to Apr 9th,2008, we had an exhibition at CIPPE 2008 in Beijing city, our products of cladding flanges attracted the customers’ attention.

In Mar，2008，we supplied to Uhde with A182 F304L /A182 F304 flanges complying with EN 1092-1 & ANSI B16.5/ANSI B16.47A standards for Egypt EPPC Polyester project.

In Feb,2008, we produced Inconel 625 Cladding swivel flanges complying with AISI 4130 for PETROBRAS & TSJOC project of MODEC.

In Jan 2008, our automatic spraying machine operated successfully, it is 4-axes servo controlled,specially used for the painting of Teflon(Whitford USA  Xylan® series,1424,1014,1010 etc.)coating.

In July 2008,we are listed into the evaluated suppliers #146 list of  MAERSK OLIE OG GAS.

In Mar 2008,we supplied flanges, valves, pipe fittings and gaskets for Iran Petrochemical Industries Design & Eng. Co. for Kharg island gas gathering & NGL recovery project, all the material are requested to comply with NACE MR0175,and part of them need HIC test.
