Roc-Master signed a contract of Roc-Lok fasteners for SBM project with Bomesc Offshore Engineering Co., Ltd. and the project has been delivered successfully with quality and quantity guaranteed on time.

We are pleased to have been selected by SAIPEM (PORTUAL) for Quiluma & Maboqueiro Project for the supply of Offshore Wrought Fittings. The supply scope relates to BW fittings, Barred TEE involved material type of LTCS, CS, SS, etc. The project in under execution.

Roc-Master successfully win Seawater Dump Cassion for Woodside Scarborough FPU project. The Caisson is 3mm weld overlay cladded by Hastelloy C276 and the total length after spooling is 34M. The project is ongoing.

Roc-Master was awarded by Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd for P-78 FPSO project for 22 RISERs’ prefabrication and neoprene coating, which include Clad Pipes, Clad Bends, Clad Compact Flanges, Clad Swivel Flanges and Clad API Flanges. The RISER hard pipe is 6mm weld overlay cladded. Field neoprene repair service will be provided by Roc-Master.

Roc-Master signed contract with JUTAL for Yinson Marlim 2 FPSO project for the supply of Clad fittings and Clad tubesheets. The WPS/PQR was witnessed by DNV Classification Society. The project delivery has been completed on time.

Roc-Master signed contract with JUTAL for Yinson Marlim 2 FPSO project for the supply of Branch Outlet and Sweepolet with material of A350 LF2/ A182 F316/316L. The contract includes design, material supply and drawing review by DNV Classification Society as well as inspection. The project is in the process of implementation.

Roc-Master signed contract with CIMC Raffles for Yinson Marlim 2 FPSO project for the supply of Swivel Flanges with material of AISI 4130 75K/A182 F53 with Inconel 625 cladding. The contract includes design, material supply, cladding and drawing review by DNV Classification Society as well as inspection. The project is in the process of implementation.

Roc-Master signed contract with CIMC Raffles for Yinson Marlim 2 FPSO project for the supply of Barred Tee with material of A182 F51/A694 F52/A350 LF2. The contract includes design, material supply, hydrotesting and drawing review by DNV Classification Society as well as inspection. The project delivery has been completed on time.

Roc-Master signed contract with CUEL for CHEVRON PROJECT PHASE 59 for the supply of SUBSEA Piggable Forged WYE Piece with Inconel 625 cladded. The contract includes design,material supply,cladding and hydrotesting as well as HIC&SSC testing. The project delivery has been completed on time.

Roc-Master signed contract with JUTAL for Yinson Marlim 2 FPSO project for the supply of Flanges/Spectacle Blinds/Nipoflanges/Tubesheets. The material is A182 F51/A350 LF2 CL1/A694 F52/A105/A182 F316/316L with NACE compliance. The project is in progressive delivery.
